Surfin’Blu is an original water buffalo cheese produced from the best rounds of Blu di Bufala matured to perfection and steeped in Surfing Hop, a craft beer produced by the Toccalmatto brewery, richly hopped and with a significant alcohol content (8.5%). The special ageing technique, which lasts for at least 60 days, gives Surfin’Blu a distinctive aromatic smell, which, combined with its unique creamy texture, enables you to enjoy the persistent and typical Blue cheese flavour, enriching it with sweet and fatty notes.
